1. Click Create Investor Account

1. Complete the online form.

According KYC, KYB and AML regulations, we need several data from to create the Investor account. The required data includes the following:

• Email

• Company Legal Name

• Company Establishment Deed or Certificate of Incorporation or Registration

• Memorandum and Articles of Association (if Any)

• Company Ownership Structure

• Shareholder Register

• Management Structure or Organization Structure

• List of Directors and Senior Management

• Director ID or Passport

• Company Ultimate Beneficial Owner

• Company Ultimate Beneficial Owner ID or Passport

• Company primary industry and nature of operations

• Products or Services offered

• Company Business License

• Company Tax Number

• Company Bank Account

• Company Wallet Address and Blockchain

• Company registered Address

• Proof of Registered Address

• Email Address (Primary Contact of this application)

• Person in Charge ID or Passport

• PIC Phone number (WA or TG active)

After your information has been submitted, your application will be reviewed by our compliance team. This process typically takes up to 14 days, though it may take longer during periods of high volume. You will be notified by email once the review is complete.

Once reviewed and approved, you will be given access to your dashboard.
