1. Overview
Pruv (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates as a Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenisation platform, providing infrastructure for the issuance, distribution, and trading of digital representations of financial products — including private funds, private credit, and fixed-income instruments.
Pruv is committed to operating in compliance with Indonesia’s financial and data protection laws and in alignment with best practices for digital financial innovation.
2. Regulatory Sandbox Participation
Pruv is an official participant in the Regulatory Sandbox administered by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan – OJK) under the Information Technology-Based Financial Innovation (Inovasi Teknologi Sektor Keuangan, or “ITSK”) framework.
The regulatory sandbox is a controlled environment that allows new financial technology models to be tested under OJK’s supervision before formal licensing or wider market implementation.
As a sandbox participant:
Pruv’s operations, business model, and risk controls are subject to ongoing monitoring and evaluation by OJK;
OJK may request data, reports, or operational adjustments during the testing period; and
Pruv is required to comply with all applicable consumer protection, data governance, anti-money laundering, and counter-terrorism financing (AML/CTF) standards.
3. Supervision and Limitations
While participation in the regulatory sandbox signifies that Pruv’s business model has been recognized as an innovative financial technology solution, it is important to note that:
Sandbox participation is not equivalent to full licensing or registration as a financial institution under OJK;
It does not constitute an approval, guarantee, or endorsement of any products, tokenised assets, or investment offerings available on Pruv; and
Users and investors remain responsible for conducting their own due diligence and assessing investment risks.
4. Compliance and Risk Governance
Pruv maintains a comprehensive compliance and governance framework that includes:
Data Protection and Privacy: Adherence to Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 of 2022) and relevant Minister of Digital Communications of Republic of Indonesia regulations.
Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF): Implementation of risk-based due diligence procedures in coordination with third-party KYC and KYB providers that meet OJK and PPATK standards.
Transparency and Disclosure: Providing investors and issuers with clear, accessible information on risk, performance, and contractual obligations.
Consumer Protection: Ensuring users’ rights, data confidentiality, and fair treatment across all platform interactions.

5. Regulatory Cooperation
As part of its sandbox participation, Pruv cooperates fully with OJK and other relevant institutions in:
Sharing operational data and compliance updates;
Participating in regulatory reviews and pilot assessments; and
Supporting the broader development of Indonesia’s digital asset and tokenisation ecosystem within the legal framework for financial innovation.
6. User Advisory
Users and investors are reminded that:
Pruv’s sandbox status does not eliminate investment risk;
OJK’s supervision focuses on the testing and regulatory evaluation of the innovation model, not on guaranteeing investment outcomes; and
All participation on the Pruv platform is voluntary and subject to the Legal Disclaimer – Investment Risk Notice and the Terms of Service.
